Booking and Payment

1. All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or customer service team.
2. Payments must be completed before the service commences. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods outlined on our website.
3. Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Chauffeur Responsibilities

3. Chauffeurs are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

1. Clients must provide accurate details during booking, including pick-up and drop-off locations.
2. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle due to their negligence or misconduct.
3. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Limitation of Liability

1. Chauffeurs Empire is not liable for delays or missed flights due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Clients must check their possessions before exiting.

Privacy Policy

Service Restrictions
